HI, I'M ROXANA
the creative behind LaRoux Photography

My love for photography began many years ago, and getting to call this my career still feels like a dream come true. There’s something incredibly meaningful about capturing moments that hold real emotion—tiny newborn details, quiet connections, love-filled stories—and preserving them in a way that feels true to you. Documenting your unique story and creating memories your family will cherish for generations is at the heart of what I do and it’s an honor I never take lightly.

I'm a mother of two beautiful daughters, wife to a loving and supportive husband, living in London.

My fascination with pictures began at a young age. I cherished the moments when we'd pull out our family photos and lose ourselves in the past. The way photographs transported you through time was truly captivating.

I didn't, however, have many photographs of my own childhood and this was a big factor driving me to capture every moment of my daughters' early days. While they may be too young to remember those times, photos will always be there to revisit.

And this is how my love for baby photography started to grow.

Becoming a mother has changed me in ways I never thought it would. It taught me to be present, to slow down and to notice the small, fleeting moments that often go unseen—but mean everything. It taught me to celebrate each moment, no matter how ordinary, because these are the ones we look back on with the most love.

Being a parent myself, I realised how often we forget to include ourselves in the frame. I just knew I had to offer this for families. A few moments of just being together, laughing and enjoying each other's company, but captured in an authentic way, to preserve these fleeting instants and revisit them in the future.

Sunset lover, optimist and romantic at heart. Happiest with a chai latte in hand and the smell of a homemade cake baking in the kitchen. I surround myself with fresh flowers each week. I never say no to seafood by the seaside. You’ll often find me chasing natural light, exploring new places, discovering different cultures. I love candlelit evenings, cosy blankets and a good movie. Soft playlists are my favourite, often with Lana Del Rey on repeat. It’s the quiet, simple moments like these that make life feel beautifully full.
